Residenza B&B Vistamare

The poor customer service was disappointing at bellavista buonissima posta 🥲. They call it a B&B, but they weren't serving breakfast, even though the lungomare views are outstanding and there are plenty of places to eat, not just the patio by our room. They didn't explain the cancellation of breakfast. On the very day we checked in, they sent copy-and-paste WhatsApp messages suggesting two other hotels, like a robot. I politely pointed out that they'd mixed up the information about the Wi-Fi password and the other hotel's beach, but they just sent another pasted message 😑. Italians usually seem happy to chat on WhatsApp, so I'd never had such impersonal messages before. I booked through Expedia and asked ahead of time whether they had oat milk, or latte d'avena. They said yes. But at hotel Nardo, the place they insisted we choose for breakfast on check-in day, there was no oat milk, only soy. If they couldn't provide it, they should have told me in advance. The Wi-Fi signal was weak too. They really need to improve how they communicate with guests. The place has natural beauty, and with better communication the stay could have been much better than our experience.
