The outdoor area is lovely, with olive trees, a hammock, swing chair, and dartboard, plus a small pool with umbrellas and loungers. Inside, it's a cute little house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.

The views across the natural hills of the Marche are beautiful, and the B&B is lovely and well run. The owners pay close attention to what guests need, and the rooms are very clean and well kept. The one difficulty is finding the place, as directions can be hard to follow.

It's simple and a little spartan. The unpaved road calls for care if you're riding, and ladies might want to bring a windbreaker. Lanfranco is friendly, helpful, and chatty, a man of the world with a thousand stories.

The owners were intrusive and didn't give us privacy, and there was no real service. The pool didn't look clean either. Breakfast was depressing, just packaged croissants and a bag of milk. One night was enough to know I wouldn't come back. đź‘Ž

The view was spectacular, the pool decent, and the owner excellent. The place was fairly clean, with a few bugs here and there, but nothing major. Thanks so much for having us.
