Come sentirsi a casa

I found the apartment quiet, with a comfortable bed, and slept well. It’s compact, but clean, well kept, and organized efficiently. The owner was very nice and offered several ideas for breakfast and dinner. There’s free parking nearby that was easy to find, and the center is about a 10-minute walk away.

We had everything we needed in this lovely, spotless apartment, which is in a residential area and has a terrace. The owner welcomed us with coffee capsules, biscuits, and water, and was very kind. He also shared useful information for our stay and some excellent places to eat. Worth a visit.

We spent four days here and found the Green apartment comfortable, immaculately clean, and carefully laid out, with all the appliances we needed. The building was quiet and practical, about 800 meters from the center of Piacenza. The name, "like feeling at home," really did fit our stay. Back again in 2026, after staying here in February 2024, and this time I spent five days. Sonia and Francesco were just as welcoming and professional as before, from the friendly, understanding phone call to Francesco meeting me and giving me the keys. I felt at home again and had more time to notice all the thoughtful details. I’m giving this apartment four stars because the other property I stayed in had a bigger balcony and a hanging chair that I preferred. Still, everything here was comfortable and pleasing to look at, with eclectic furnishings and plenty of good taste. Compliments on the decor here too. See you next time. On my first stay I wanted to describe what made the place so enjoyable. It’s a small apartment, rather than a hotel room or B&B, but it has everything for a comfortable stay and more. My daughter picked up the keys. The balcony was especially tasteful, with a hanging garden, hanging armchair, little table and chairs, and wood flooring. Inside, the furnishings, location, colors, and details all showed good taste. I may have gone on at length, but leaving out what I appreciated would have shortchanged the accommodation. With the windows closed, it was quiet even though loud techno music was playing in the street at midnight. I’ll stay again.
