Each morning began with a generous, fresh Italian breakfast, served with a smile. The owners, Rafael and Theresa, also happily provided a vegetarian option. They were warm and attentive, and helped us with maps and travel tips. We felt right at home during our five nights at Il Capitao Bed and Breakfast. The spacious rooms had exceptional design, and the new building was surrounded by historic buildings. From the breakfast table, the view was breathtaking. It’s well placed for day trips to Naples, Pompeii, and the gorgeous Amalfi coast, and parking is available. Nearby, the city has a lively market and plenty of sites and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the local Limoncello brewery. We had a warm, authentic Italian experience and would love to come back soon. Thank you, Rafael and Theresa!

Spacious rooms and a comfortable place in an excellent location. Breakfast came with desserts made in the house by Lady Teresa. Thanks for the welcome, I’ll definitely be back.
