The host and accommodation were great. If you're cycling, be ready for a bit of an uphill ride.

It's an affordable, nice place in a good central location. Just don't try to reach it by car. We wasted 15 minutes trying to contact the owner when we arrived so we could be let in.

The hostess gave us such a warm welcome, and the value for money was excellent. Breakfast came with croissants and fresh fruit, just what you'd expect on a trip to Sicily. The central location is another plus, making it easy to enjoy the old town.

We arrived while forest fires surrounded the city, but the welcome was very pleasant. The owner did her best to get us settled in good conditions. Breakfast, served in the little kitchen next to the room, was very pleasant too. Recommended for a stopover in the heart of Sicily.

A terrible experience with staff who were intrusive, rude, and inflexible. Twenty minutes before checkout, I found the manager inside my room. She hadn't knocked or checked whether anyone was in there. That's never happened to me anywhere else in the world. Avoid at all costs.
