We stayed in the Casa Rurales apartment, which was listed as having two bedrooms, but it only had one. The supposed second bedroom was actually a living room open to the outside, so when you entered the apartment, you were in a room with a double bed. The beds were comfortable and the area was beautiful, but we’d look for somewhere else if we returned. We never met anyone who ran the place. When the boiler switched off and we had no hot water, a kind neighbor turned it back on. The internet was very unreliable, and the kitchen sink was really a bathroom sink, far too small for dishes. Batteries were missing from the heater and AC remotes, so we had to find our own. There were very few electrical outlets, hidden behind furniture, which we had to move around to find. A nearby couple had two unleashed dogs that barked and growled when we tried to walk around the neighborhood.
