We've been here before and will come again. The old building has spacious rooms that have been recently renovated and are very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great, with homemade cakes. The pool is a short walk through the old town streets, in a lovely panoramic spot. It's a nice place to relax and swim. From piegato, you can get to all the lovely little towns. We absolutely recommend hotel ca’de principi.

The upper rooms look out over glorious countryside. The staff were friendly, the place was comfortable and clean, and the quiet atmosphere made the stay memorable. A real gem tucked away in a beautiful little town.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home instead of like we were staying in a hotel. It's a lovely place to unwind, and you have to try the apple cake, it was delicious!

The owners were lovely and made us feel at home. It's an elegant, comfortable place, and the location is handy for visiting Perugia, Assisi, and Spello. Highly recommended.
