The location is great, but there's no free parking close by. My room was spacious, though it wasn't clean enough to go barefoot, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for the water to heat up. Don't expect a hotel setup: there's no reception, and I got the entry instructions on WhatsApp. It works more like an Airbnb.

The price felt very good for a place right in Pienza's historic center. The rooms have a charming old feel, with wooden beams, and the building sits among medieval architecture, little squares, and narrow lanes. There's free parking on Via Newton, with a few spaces about a 7-minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the owners were warm and courteous. Our comfortable, well-equipped room looked out over a lovely panorama. The residence is in an old building in the middle of the historic center. Highly recommended.

We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely come back. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the well-kept property is in a handy spot in the historic center for enjoying everything the town has to offer.

We only stayed one night while passing through. The building is lovely and old, and the property was clean, on Pienza's main street. Breakfast was good, served by a kind woman who mentioned she was filling in temporarily. It's a shame about the details: some light bulbs weren't working, and nobody was there when we arrived to check in.
