The location is perfect, parking is convenient, and the place looks great. Service was friendly, housekeeping was great, and the price and breakfast were good. Sleeping, though, was almost impossible until late because guests in other rooms had their TVs at maximum volume and were shouting. The walls and doors block no noise at all. I live in a party area next to a tram line and am used to noise, but this was next level. Guests should be asked to respect each other, given the building’s structural limits.

The beach is 50m away, and the underground parking is 200m from the hotel. Staff were very friendly, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and they cleaned every day. The hotel is clean and beautiful, but the room was a little small, especially the tiny bathroom and shower cabin. It really is three-star quality. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room and a small table on the balcony. Breakfast is Italian. Everything else was very good, and we’ll stay here again 👍😊

We paid a high price for one night in the luxury room with terrace, but couldn’t enjoy it at all. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no way to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level. Staff couldn’t help, and I assume they knew about the problem. Never again.

They took us in at the last minute, which saved us, and welcomed us so kindly. It was a hospitality gem, and one of the owners or partners was exceptionally friendly, almost always at the front desk. The clean, well-kept room even had air conditioning. It was too loud to leave running while we slept, but it cooled the room before bedtime. The one bad moment was when I asked one of the other owners or partners to keep a bottle of water in the fridge, since the rooms don’t have mini fridges. They made a fuss. Maybe it was a bad day or a misunderstanding, but I expected more professional behavior and hospitality from an owner. Even so, we’d consider this hotel for a future holiday.

It had only reopened after renovations 10 days earlier, and honestly, it’s a dream. I loved the rooms, especially the towels, along with the interior design, atmosphere, staff, and owner. It is a bit noisy, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. Then you can enjoy the bed even more!
