The rooms were clean, functional, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay, though they could use updating. Our group for the Alpine Regiment stayed from May 9th to 11th, and we had a very positive experience. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. Alessandra deserves special thanks for the professionalism and kindness she showed over several months while helping organize and manage our group booking. She played a big part in making the stay go well. Thanks to everyone for making us feel welcome. Recommended!

The price for a room only was €270 for just three of us, which is crazy. We stayed one night with friends, and I wouldn’t repeat the experience. The recently renovated reception looked nice, but the rooms need a facelift and are structurally dated. Some don’t even have bidets. The room described as sea-facing mostly looked onto the railway line, with perhaps a glimpse of the sea. Before leaving, we considered switching to half-board with breakfast, but dinner was minestrone soup, stracchino cheese, and ham, with only water included among the drinks. We declined and went out to eat instead. Nothing was clear when we booked. The receptionist was very hasty on the phone and didn’t explain in detail what was or wasn’t included. I was told I had to ask for parking over the phone. I’ll stop there, as there’s a lot more I could write.
