The room had no soundproofing at all, which was the one real downside. The shared terrace was lovely for breakfast, though the breakfast itself was average. Comfort was adequate, and the location worked well, especially with a car, since it’s quite uphill.

Breakfast was the standout: generous and excellent, served on a balcony terrace with a spectacular view over the sea and the town below. The room was spacious, with a desk and TV, a large wardrobe, a comfortable bed, and handy storage at the foot of it for suitcases and other things. The bathroom was large, with a shower and everything needed for personal hygiene. Air conditioning was included, though I didn’t use it; it was comfortable without it in late August. The location is up on the Pietra Ligure hill, away from the center, but easy to reach on foot in about 10 minutes.

The owner is very kind and happy to help with whatever you need. We’ve always managed to find a place to park along the road. The B&B sits above central Pietra Ligure, and you can walk into town in 15-20 minutes by taking the steps that cut across the winding driveway. There are several spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus a shared kitchen. In warmer weather, breakfast is served on the terrace by the sea. It’s a welcoming place.

The hosts were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. This is a lovely modern B&B run by a family, with a great breakfast and even better views. It’s quiet, and the old town and beach are about a 10-minute walk away. The panoramic terrace view makes that walk well worth it.
