This was our fourth stay, and it feels like being part of a big family. Thanks to the team for such incredible hospitality. We’re already looking forward to seeing everyone again next year.

We had such a nice time at the Residence holidays! The two people at the desk welcomed us with so much kindness and cheer. The days were sunny by the pool, and there was something to do together in the evenings, including a nice dinner, karaoke and a magician’s show for the kids. The room was just enough for us. We’ll happily come back next year. :)

We booked the shuttle and guiding company as a package with mtb trails finale ligure, and this was the perfect base for mountain biking in the Finale region. The shuttles pick up right at the property, and there’s good parking on site. After rides, we loved unwinding by the pool and bar. Mario, Melania and Tower looked after us superbly throughout the stay. You can also walk to the old town for dinner and ice cream.

I stayed here for an enduro mountain biking trip, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It was comfortable, clean, functional and well equipped. We had a private garage for our bikes, plus a Kärcher pressure washer and a bike stand, which made post-ride maintenance easy. There’s also a small balcony with a beautiful view, a nice place to unwind after the trails. Highly recommended for cyclists wanting a convenient, comfortable stay in Italy.

Mario and his team were so friendly and helpful that we felt at home, almost like family. The flat has the amenities you need for a temporary stay, and the pool is great. It’s close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, gelaterie and a supermarket. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it.
