B&B il giardino di Eolo

It felt like home, with a generous breakfast and clean, well-kept rooms. Mr. Roberto and his wife were immediately kind and helpful to us and our children, and the little ones loved the garden.

The garden was the highlight for me, with exotic plants, olive trees, and other distinctive Mediterranean plants. It’s laid out in different spots, from a relaxing portico to a romantic nook with swing chairs. There’s convenient shaded parking, too. The rooms were clean and well furnished, and seemed fairly priced: €65.00 for two with breakfast. The owners were kind and helpful. We were on our way from Rome to Caserta for the Ligabue concert and spent a night at "Giardino di Eolo." I’m Lucanian and she’s Roman, and I’m used to the wide-open greenery and quiet of my beloved Basilicata. This place brought that feeling back, with its peace, calm, and immersion in nature.

The room was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was plentiful. Carmela and Roberto were wonderful hosts. The property is surrounded by greenery and just 500 meters from the center of the small village, an easy walk for sightseeing or a meal. A lovely spot to enjoy village tranquility.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were very clean. We stayed just one night at this lovely B&B, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Mr. Roberto quickly sorted out a few little problems, including the lack of hot water. These things happen, no problem. My one suggestion: with such a beautiful garden, breakfast could be served outside. It would avoid the awkward rush when guests already eating hurry to finish because the next guests are waiting in the garden to come in. Aside from that, we had a really pleasant stay and I highly recommend it. Thanks, see you next time.
