From the small square in Pozzale, you can pop into a bar for excellent aperitifs, a bakery, or a little supermarket. The apartment overlooks the square and is kept in lovely condition, with tasteful furnishings. Our host was attentive and very kind. The location works well for a quiet break or excursions of all kinds, and just steps away there's La Pausa restaurant, a mountain hut in the countryside serving local specialties. I recommend looking up the RAI archives for the Pozzale di Cadore report shown on Geo on March 7, 2023.

We came across it by chance. The apartment is nicely finished and in a great spot. The people were very kind and helpful. If the mountains are your thing, it's an ideal place.
