The lakeside pitch was excellent, and the site as a whole is superb. We’d happily return. The restaurant is a real gem, especially the properly made pizza, though the other dishes are good too. Prices are good value. There are useful amenities nearby, including well stocked, mostly good value supermarket and pedalos for rent within a five-minute walk. The pitches are reasonably sized, but you need to keep within the marked boundaries. This is enforced quite effectively, though the rules could be explained more clearly to newcomers to avoid misunderstandings. Getting a caravan into its allocated pitch can be tricky, but people are generally accommodating and will move their inflatables or loungers to help. Staff are friendly and the location is great.
The mountain views are lovely, and the lake is great for swimming and SUP, with pebble and grass beaches. Book early if you want one of the spots with a lake view, 10-15m from the water. The campsite is crowded, and pitches are fairly small with little privacy. Staff are friendly, and the sanitary facilities are new and cleaned well every day. Toilet paper and hand soap are provided. The pizzas are decent, and the iced coffee is superb. There’s a supermarket for bread and other things five minutes away on foot, and the path along the lake makes the morning walk a pleasant one 😄
We first came here 10 years ago, and it’s still a great place. The staff are really nice, everything is clean and well kept, and it has what you need for a good holiday, including lake access and (E-) Bikes for rent. Best camping around Lago di Ledro, and the pizza is the best, too! It was completely booked during August’s high season, so book well ahead.
The restaurant was a real highlight: tasty food, fast service, and very good prices. You can also get pizzas to take away. The campsite sits right on the lake, with generous pitches at fair rates, and the owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities aren't the newest, but there are plenty, they're clean, and everything worked. It's very dog-friendly too. There’s lots of room to relax or get outdoors, whether cycling, hiking, or SUPing. Bikes, canoes, and SUPs are available to rent, or you can bring your own. We had such a good time that we extended our stay because we didn't want to leave. I'd recommend it to anyone. ;)
We had a great meal at the campsite restaurant on our first night. It was affordable, and the place had a lovely lively atmosphere. The campsite is right on Lake Ledro, and the owner was always friendly and glad to answer questions. When bad weather made us decide to leave early, he was very understanding. Our pitch had plenty of space, with electricity and water nearby. The toilets and showers stayed clean and had lots of hot water. The site is secure, and guests get a gate code so they can use the path along the water whenever they like. Dogs are welcome too. :)
