Breakfast was waiting for us at 8.00 every morning and left out until we headed off for the day. There was plenty, and it was always delicious. The room was spacious, tidy, clean, and up-to-date, with a large bed and a great rain shower in a beautiful bathroom. The window blinds that block both sun and noise were amazing. It's a short drive to lots of lovely sights, and whenever we needed something, we could just ask. One of the best B&Bs I've stayed in, and I'd definitely return!

Sara was always smiling, kind, and available, and even made us sandwiches for a hike. She looked after our group of nine before and throughout our three-day stay at Borgo 12. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, tidy, and had all the comforts we needed. Highly recommended!

I don't know how to do justice to Borgo 12 or Sara. She's kind, cheerful, and wonderful, and makes you feel as if someone dear to her is coming to visit, even before you've met. She takes care of you before you arrive and makes you feel looked after throughout. The rooms are tastefully furnished and nothing's missing: top-quality mattresses, orthopedic pillows, warm duvets, air conditioning, and electric mosquito nets. The bathroom felt like a living room, and even had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and all the other essentials. At breakfast, each room has its own table, and Sara brings warm croissants, local pastries, fresh milk, and so much more. A five-star hotel can't hold a candle to it. Leaving this fabulous B&B and an owner I'll never forget made me cry. Thanks Sara❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sara made sure we had everything we needed and was there whenever we needed her. We stayed for two nights in new, very clean and tidy rooms, decorated beautifully in a tasteful modern style. Breakfast was excellent. Recommended for a family holiday or a trip with friends.

The shared kitchen was a lovely surprise, with a refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, and more. The rooms were impeccably clean and had everything you could need. Sara, the owner, is wonderful and incredibly helpful, always happy to lend a hand. The stay was fantastic, and I've never felt so comfortable anywhere else. Highly recommended!
