The owners' enthusiasm for everything they do makes the place feel like a special retreat, and they welcome you like family. It is well placed for the mountains, Turin, and even Genoa. There's also some very special wine to enjoy. Highly recommended.

The mountain panorama is breathtaking, and the local wine is well worth trying. We were greeted so warmly by the local family, who kindly answered every question and request. We're really glad we booked here, and we'd stay again if we came back to the area. We absolutely recommend it.

The owner was exceptionally courteous and took care of all our requests. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast tray with delicious local jams, plus fruit smoothies in the fridge. The apartment was well furnished, with a fairly spacious bathroom, though it had no window, and a little sitting room with a sofa. Its position overlooking the Pinerolo hills was lovely, with a front garden and a table beneath the pergola, although it was too cold to sit there. One thing to watch when driving up Via Santini: the last part of Strada Santa Caterina is one-way, and my GPS hadn't caught that.

We got to try their fine wines, which was a lovely extra. The owners were so kind, especially the lady of the house, who was always available when we needed help. Our studio was welcoming, superbly equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. The estate is magnificent, with a sumptuous garden, a beautiful infinity pool, and sweeping views that take your breath away.
