We felt right at home during the August bank holiday, thanks to the lovely owners, Loredana and Ovidio. Their son Sasha looked after everything perfectly. The cleanliness was impeccable, and Ovidio also provided impeccable entertainment. Everything was excellent. On Wednesdays the hotel held a gala evening, with a huge buffet by the pool, and at midnight everyone got in the water! We had a blast. We'd recommend it to anyone and will definitely return. The managers gave us a sincere, pleasant welcome and the service was excellent. When we had a problem involving some friends from Pineto, they really helped us and treated us like people, not just customers. It's a family-run hotel with a lovely pool, good restaurant, and fun events. The property is a few minutes from Pineto, which we saw as a plus. Their bus takes you to the beach, where umbrellas and loungers are available, and also takes people on evening excursions. We could leave the car behind, avoid the busy summer crowds, and enjoy some peace and quiet.
