The olive trees and park make a peaceful retreat on hot summer days, and the pool area is great too. Service was super, especially at reception, where the attentive, competent, friendly staff made us feel well looked after. Breakfast was perfect, and the hotel's restaurant is a great choice for lunch and dinner. We had our best dinners in Sardegna there, with dishes that were truly excellent, no exaggeration. Humidity was the only issue, though it's more down to Sardegna's climate than the hotel. You could smell it everywhere, and it made drying our swimwear and towel nearly impossible. I'd look into the nearest beaches beforehand, since we had trouble finding ones that were suitable and easy to reach. The closest are about 12-15 minutes from the hotel. We had a very good stay thanks to our choice of hotel, though we've been to better islands when it came to beaches.

Room 110 had a huge balcony and a lovely view, and the train stop right across from the hotel makes it easy to travel around Italy. We found the hotel comfortable for a relaxing break, with spacious, clean rooms, good food and service, and an outdoor pool split into adult and children's areas. We arrived very late, and the gentleman at reception was a huge help and gave us great service. My Italian isn't good, so he spoke Spanish with me. I can't recall his name, but I remember he was from Germany. We really enjoyed our stay.
