A good option for a ski trip in this price range. The staff were kind and helpful, and the food was authentic, creative, and varied, with good portions. It wasn't the best food, but it was good. The rooms felt a little dated, though everything was clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

The mountain setting was beautiful and peaceful, just right for a relaxing weekend away as a couple. We booked through Smartbox and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is family run, and the staff were extremely welcoming and kind. It's nice to support local businesses. Dinner was outstanding, and the dining staff were excellent. We also enjoyed the well organized spa. Our mattress was very comfortable, and the hotel was easy to find.

The pool is small but cosy. I only came for the spa, and the facial and body massage were both poor. The woman told me she wasn't a therapist, and I believe her. She didn't have the technical massage skills. I wasted my time and money. If you want a good facial or body massage, go somewhere else.

The wellness area was really nice, with clean pools and great service. The staff were lovely, and the service throughout was amazing. Our rooms were very clean and had a creative design. I'd absolutely recommend staying here with family or friends.

I went for the spa and wellness facilities and found the place very comfortable. I enjoyed my time there. They provide a towel, and flip-flops are available for less than 5€. The men's changing room has just two showers.
