Dinner was the standout for me, with food that made each evening feel like a meal at a high-end restaurant. Klajd, the hotel maître d’, was especially friendly and professional, and always willing to help. Our room was lovely, breakfast was great, and the wellness area was a relaxing place to spend time. The ski lift was only a few steps away, which made the location so convenient.

We were five families staying for a week that included New Year’s Eve, and after 20 years of skiing across Europe, this was our best ski vacation. Francesco, the owner, looked after everything we needed and made us feel at home. The food was amazing, so congratulations to the chef and team, and the hotel is right on the slope. Staff were helpful and polite, with special thanks to waiter and bartender Alesandro. The SPA was top-notch, the sauna master’s ritual was great both times we had it, and the warm outdoor pool was a highlight. Multo gracia Francesco!!!

We celebrated New Year’s Eve here, and the hotel made the occasion feel special. The spa was a lovely way to relax after skiing, and the whole place had a great atmosphere. Meals were varied, very well prepared, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout. Being right on the ski slope was also extremely convenient. A unique, memorable stay, highly recommended!

We found the hotel comfortable and ideally located. Breakfasts were good and dinners were excellent. The restaurant team deserves particular praise, especially Mr. Klajd, whose courtesy, professionalism, and culture really impressed us.
