Dolce Vita Boutique Chalet

The staff were great, and it was a good stay overall. The hotel is a little walk from the village, but they run a ski shuttle to the lifts. We had to check out four days early. Since we booked directly with the hotel, I thought they might be more flexible and charge an early departure fee or just a few nights, but we had to pay the full amount at checkout. The rate said 30% deposit and the rest payable at the hotel, yet we were charged for 100% of the booked stay. We’d come back, but keep that in mind.

We only came for the spa. It was an inexpensive spa, and after several days of hiking, the sauna and steam room felt so good. The hotel staff were very nice.

We stayed on a half-board basis, and I’m glad we did because every meal was something to look forward to. The food is what really makes the hotel, and the team took great care of everyone. It’s a lovely, stylish, comfortable place, with friendly and professional staff. The spa was great too, though it got busy at times. I hadn’t seen many recent reviews, so I wondered what Chalet DV would be like. It exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast at DV Chalet was a treat, with fresh breads and pastries, local jams and honey, made-to-order eggs, and plenty of quality organic choices. There were cured meats, artisanal cheeses, seasonal fruit, and fresh juices. The staff were attentive to my preferences and dietary needs. I stayed in one of the new suites at DV Chalet Boutique Hotel & Spa in Madonna di Campiglio. It felt luxurious but cozy, blending modern design with Alpine charm. The balcony looked out on the snow-covered Dolomites, and the sitting area was beautifully done. The bed was very comfortable, and the plush robes, high-quality toiletries, and twice-daily room service made it feel special. I loved unwinding in the bathroom, with its rain shower and large soaking tub. The personal service stood out most. Daniel, Girli, The maitre Remo, the Chef Fiorenzo, and the Director Lorella all went out of their way to please me. They recommended ski trails, took me skiing, and made sure my cappuccino was just right each morning. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and looked after. Comfort, attention to detail, and sophistication ran through the whole visit. DV Chalet Boutique Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return to enjoy the accommodation, food, and service again.
