The breakfast spread was amazing: fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, cold meat and cheese, at least five kinds of cake each morning, plus fruit, yogurt, muesli, juice, hot drinks, and more we didn’t get to try. We ate dinner at the hotel once, and it was delicious, beautifully presented, and more than we could manage. Our family room for three was spacious and never felt cramped for three adults. There was plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, a single-seat sofa, extra chairs, firm comfortable beds, and even the sofa bed suited our 190cm son. The balcony looked over Pinzolo, and even in January we could sit outside in the winter sun. The room stayed warm all day even with the heating off, and the radiators could be adjusted from one panel. Curtains nearly blacked out the room, and the outside shutter made it completely dark when the sun was bright. It was spotless, and towels were changed daily even when we hung them up. The hotel looks beautiful and very new, with clean, minimalist lines that still felt warm and comfortable. Reception, bar, and restaurant had several relaxing areas, and there was a separate games room. The entrance and all areas were step-free, with a lift, and getting to the spa involved only a slight ramp. I changed in our room, put on the provided towelling robe, and was in the lovely hot sauna in under a minute. I only used the clean, comfortable, spacious spa a couple of times, but it was easy to access. We had a lovely week and would happily return. The gondolas were only a five-minute walk, buses went to other towns, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a warm, comfortable, relaxing stay where we were well fed and happy.

The location was excellent, close to the main attractions and amenities, and the spa and pool made the stay even nicer. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with fresh, delicious food. Our room was spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and had comfortable beds and a lovely view. From check-in onward, the whole team were welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. We were more than satisfied with our stay. Thanks for the warm welcome and wonderful service. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort and coziness.

The dinner menu changed every day, so there was always something new and tasty to look forward to. Our rooms were spotless and freshly cleaned each day, and the staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything. I stayed with my two daughters, while my mother and father had a separate room. The hotel was a great choice for all of us, from start to finish. The ski lift was just a short walk away, making it easy to get on the slopes quickly. It was a comfortable, convenient stay with great service. Honestly, this deserves four stars rather than the three it’s rated. We’ll definitely come back!

You feel at home here, but also like a special guest. The owners respond to any requests straight away, and the staff are just as involved as the owners. The hotel is family-run by a mother and her two children; the daughter, an architect, designed it with comfort and relaxation in mind. Since it isn’t a huge hotel, the atmosphere feels cozy and homely. The location is excellent: the lift station is a two-minute walk, so there’s no need to take off your ski shoes. Beautiful mountains are visible from the windows. The spa and pool are high quality, including the saunas. The hotel is clean and quiet. Down in the basement there are several different rooms where you can relax with new friends, play games with your children, or leave your ski equipment in a dedicated room. We truly recommend staying here if you want to feel special. We’ll be back next year, and wish the family all the best and good luck.

The restaurant served delicious food, and the spa was a lovely bonus. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Edelweiss Hotel, Pinzolo. The staff were friendly and attentive, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The location was ideal, close to the ski lift. Highly recommended.
