The rooms are small, the walls are paper thin, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The apartment was listed for “8” people, but even six of us barely fit. They said there were no parking spaces available, yet the garage stayed half empty the whole week.

The area and scenery were beautiful, but getting to the resort meant a long drive on a dangerously winding road. Inside, the unit felt very cramped, and four adults had a hard time in a space advertised as sleeping six, with four in private rooms. Maybe two adults and two small children could manage. The closet rails were too high for me to reach, there were very few drawers, and the shower was so small I struggled to move around and get in and out. Staff in the office didn’t speak enough English to help, and none of the written information was in English. The sauna was advertised as an amenity, but using it cost extra. It was a difficult week and I was very disappointed.

Most of the written instructions and notices were only in Italian, with no English translation. Resort services were very basic, and I didn’t get the feeling that staff were keen to answer questions or help.
