Panorama Hotel Fontanella Wellness & Spa

The hotel feels like a home away from home, with the personal care you get from a family-run place. Marco, the owner, went out of his way to help when we had trouble with our rental car on arrival. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spotless spa, a lovely place to unwind. Dinner was a delight, with a menu that really pleased my taste buds, and breakfast was homemade. The staff's thoughtfulness and the family's care showed in every detail. The shuttle to the slopes was a great addition, too, and Alessandro, the driver, was proactive and helpful. Thanks to Marco and all the staff for a great holiday. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, personal service, and genuine hospitality.

Deceptive, cruel, and unwelcoming. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had, anywhere. Avoid it.

The food was absolutely incredible. We could have eaten in town, but after trying the hotel's meals, nothing else compared. Delicious! The spa was a real comfort after long days, and the hotel was spotless, 10/10 for cleanliness. The owner and all the staff were courteous, helpful, and wonderful. The whole team creates a family atmosphere, and the owner was ready to support us with anything. The hotel is beautiful and has a great view. You can work there, and enjoy the area too, with all the facilities for winter sports. We'll definitely come back!

The room was spacious and warm and cozy during our February stay, and housekeeping tidied it every day. This charming, family-run 3-star hotel also has excellent spa services and amenities. Our standout employee was the driver Alexandro, who was exceptional. We enjoyed the stay, but some of the food was undercooked. When we complained, the staff responded rather impolitely, perhaps due to a cultural difference. The owner's occasional unprofessional replies to online reviews suggest a similar pattern. Even so, I still think the hotel is worth recommending. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, either; adding those would improve the guest experience, as small details matter.
