The staff were delightful and helpful. It's close to the old town centre, and the harbour and viewpoints are a five-minute walk away. The building dates from the 19th century but has been modernised with good taste.

The receptionist was welcoming and lovely, and explained everything we needed despite our very limited Italian. The hotel sits right in the centre, so it was a perfect base for walking around and going out for dinner. Our room was beautiful and very clean, with a great bathroom, mini fridge and TV. The air conditioning worked well too. We'd definitely stay again when we're back!

Breakfast had plenty of sweet cakes and good coffee, but no bacon or scrambled eggs if that's what you want. The staff were kind and nice, and the price was economical, so the value for money gets four stars from us. We were two adults and two kids staying three nights. It's an older but pleasant small hotel right on the shopping street in the centre, with free parking about 200 metres away. The clean room had a good air conditioner, a large flat-screen TV where you could use your own Netflix account, and a fridge/minibar. Nothing fancy, but it had all the essentials.

I stayed here with my brother in October 2018, and I'll definitely return. The hotel was so pleasant, with large rooms and a beautiful terrace where we had a generous breakfast. The reception was very kind, and it's right in the middle of town, within walking distance of everything.

The beds were good, and the people at reception were nice, though their English wasn't very strong. Breakfast may disappoint if you're expecting a continental spread. It's an Italian breakfast buffet, but it will still ease the misery of being hungry.
