We had a lovely dinner at the trattoria one evening. The staff were incredibly kind, and both the food and wine were spectacular. They brought us appetizers, a first course, and a second course with a side dish, each alongside a different glass of wine. The setting was welcoming and would suit a special dinner too.

We stayed for one night and had two rooms. The junior suite was a mini-apartment with all the kitchen basics, a very large shower, and everything was very clean. Its bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The superior room was comfortable, clean, and quiet too. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the owner was super friendly and shared lots of information. We also had a good dinner in the evening. There's ample parking. Highly recommended.

My family and I spent the weekend here and were welcomed warmly. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, and breakfast portions were generous too. We also had traditional home-cooked food for dinner. Recommended.

A week beforehand, I booked dinner with my husband and a cousin I hadn't seen in years. I'd spoken with the chef and felt sure we'd get genuine homemade Piedmontese food. I'm from Lombardy, so I was especially looking forward to it. When we got there, though, the place was dark and locked. We could see the chef in the kitchen through the glass, so we knocked and asked what had happened. He said, "Sorry, I had some problems and didn't mark the reservation." Absurd! It was late by then, so we had to make do with a pretty bland pizza. An evening I'd been looking forward to for ages was ruined.

I'm here for work, but this place makes it feel like I'm on holiday.
