The people running the place were friendly and helpful, and gave us all the information we needed for our visit. It’s easy to get around from here: the train station is a 10-15 minute walk, the airport is a five-minute drive, and there are two supermarkets, bars, a tobacconist, and other services nearby. Our spotless room was on the top floor, in a penthouse on the fourth floor, with views of the Arno River, an interesting Medici fortress, and the nearby city center, which is easy to reach on foot. A truly memorable stay.

The friendly owners live on the property and make you feel at home. They also let guests use the large panoramic terrace, with a lovely view over the Arno River. The recently renovated rooms have a simple but elegant look and come with a TV, minibar, air conditioning, and soundproof windows with mosquito nets. The keyless entry through a private elevator is very convenient. I’d recommend it for medium- or long-term stays too.

The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and make you feel right at home. The rooms are spotless, and the location is very handy for exploring the city. A good base for seeing Tuscany and the surrounding area.

The hostess was so warm, open, kind, and helpful. Our room was large, clean, modern, and had a nice atmosphere, with a fridge, wardrobe, and TV. The bathroom was spotless and well maintained, with a shower. There’s also a terrace with a wonderful river and city view. Shops like Lidl and Coop, the train station, bus stops, and the city center are all close by. I recommend it!
