I didn't stay, since she never even replied to my inquiry. I've been waiting days for a response and can't keep losing time with other places while I still have no booking. I can only imagine what her customer service would be like for an actual guest. I will NOT refer my clients here.

We were there for an appointment at Cisanello Hospital, just a two-minute walk away. Andrea was very kind and gave us all the information we needed. Our room was spotless, with air conditioning and wifi, and there was even a quick breakfast. I hope I can come back to the area as a tourist and stay at BB Stefy with more peace of mind.
