Appartamento Pera

I rented two apartments for two days because I was discussing my thesis near the hospital, and both were very conveniently located. A dear friend connected me with the owner after having stayed there before and having a really good experience. I waited almost six months to write this because of a series of issues, but I still remember how friendly and helpful Riccardo was. Riccardo Chiodelli, the owner, patiently tried to meet my needs and was genuinely kind. Everything was registered, so this wasn't an off-the-books rental, which is a point in his favor. The apartments looked like the website photos, where there's more information, and everything was clean and felt like home. No unpleasant surprises. If I come back to Pisa, I'd call again without hesitation.

Riccardo, the manager, was friendly and always available. The apartment was spotless and in perfect order, and it was an excellent budget option in Pisa. We'll definitely return.

I booked Mr. Riccardo's apartment for my parents, who are going to the hospital. It was hard to imagine finding a better place.

The owner was so kind and exceptional. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and had all the comforts we needed. We'll be back.
