The owner was very polite and helpful, and the place was clean. It’s handy for the tower and nearby sights, though the rent felt a little high; being so close to the main attractions does make that understandable. Our window faced the main street, so we heard voices and traffic late into the night. Other guests were also banging doors as they came back, as late as 2 a.m.

The owner was nice and easy to communicate with, and getting in was simple. Everything was clean and comfortable. The tower is only about a two-minute walk away, so the location in Pisa is perfect.

We stayed for two nights, and I slept peacefully. The pillows were much more comfortable than the ones I’ve had at other hotels. The room was clean and smelled like white soap. The host was really friendly and helpful, too. It rained while we were there, and he lent us his umbrella, which was so kind.

We were there for four days and were really happy with our room at the B&B. It was super, super clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just steps from the leaning tower, with supermarkets, restaurants, and gelato places around the corner. Maurizio messaged us on WhatsApp the day before we arrived and was very helpful, always replying quickly. Thanks a lot, we’ll be back. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone staying in Pisa for a night or longer.

The host was friendly and accommodating, and even let us leave our luggage at the property before check-in. The accommodation was clean and good, and very close to the Pisa tower.
