Mariaelena and her partner were super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was great. The apartment was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with air conditioning and a lovely big terrace. We found the bed and sofa very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious with towels provided. It's in a lively, well-connected part of the city centre. We parked our rental car right outside and paid 1.60 EUR an hour. Totally recommend!

Mariaelena was a wonderful host, fluent in English and quick to communicate. When an unexpected emergency came up, she was immediately available to help us through it. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. We found a spotless, comfortable apartment rather than a standard room, with a hallway, sitting room, and bathroom. There were drinks and snacks, plus access to a beautiful shady terrace. It felt like a quiet oasis in the city, close to both the airport and train station.

Everything was within easy reach, and the apartment felt like a little city jewel. We were surprised to find a whole place for ourselves, with a bedroom, bathroom, breakfast room, and an outdoor area to relax in. The windows kept out the street noise well. Parking lots are outside, but you have to pay between 8am-8pm.

We were only able to stay one night, which was a shame. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and there was a cozy terrace and Italian breakfast included. Secure private parking was available just two minutes away. Marielena was very friendly and helpful. She showed us where to park and recommended restaurants. It made for a great overnight stop in Pisa on our way back from Sardegna.
