We ended up staying longer in Tirrenia after a traffic accident, and checked in here by chance. The team were absolutely great and did more for us than just providing a room. We could drop off our luggage before lunch even though check-in wasn't available yet, and reception had staff from morning until evening. Our room was clean, with working air conditioning and Wi-Fi. When I needed help getting a taxi to the airport and buying tickets online, they let us use their computer instead of making us manage it on our phone. The sea is nearby, there's a children's climbing frame in the garden, and a machine for coffee and drinks in the corridor. I'd recommend it.

We spent three months here in a two-bedroom apartment while I worked at Camp Darby, with my wife and our five-year-old. It was a great base for a long stay. We had assigned off-street parking, weekly cleaning, a dishwasher and washing machine in the unit, racks for drying clothes, and a huge private balcony to relax on. The beach, restaurants, and shops were all about a five-minute walk away. Camp Darby was a ten-minute drive, the airport fifteen minutes, and the leaning tower of Pisa twenty. The staff were friendly. Couldn't have asked for better lodging in the area.

Clean, calm rooms and good service, plus parking and air conditioning are available for an extra charge. The only reason I'm taking off a star is the noisy street.

We had a really good time here. The apartment was comfortable, and the beach and some great places to eat were within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, too. Wi-Fi gave us trouble at first, but Michele kept at it until he fixed it, and then the connection was great.
