8/10
It felt homely, and we didn’t feel like we were living in a hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, understood what we needed, and gave us an extra bed for the baby at no extra charge. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was shared, but comfortable and always kept clean. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in!

The location worked well for us, about a 20-minute walk from both the airport and the train station. The rooms are clean and spacious, and breakfast is simple, served only at set times. You can’t use the kitchen outside those hours. The house sits right under the plane take-off and landing path, so the noise is huge.

The hosts are great, and the B&B is clean and close to Pisa Airport. We’ve stayed here a couple of times while travelling around Tuscany. It’s good value for the price, too.

It was spotless, and getting to the airport was easy.

I wouldn’t really choose this as a place to stay.
