We only booked one night, but I'd recommend this place for a longer stay too. The apartment has two floors, with stairs leading upstairs, and a shared kitchen and lobby used by four other rooms. Our room was very clean and uniquely designed, with a fridge, WiFi, and tea and coffee facilities. For one adult and two children, aged 14 and 12, they provided one large bed and three single beds. If you're arriving by rental car, it's very easy to find. On arrival day, kind Eleonora sent a WhatsApp with all the information we needed to check in smoothly. We're very satisfied so far.

Free parking was handy, and it's about a 30-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There are several restaurants and a great gelateria just around the corner. The place was clean, peaceful, and good value, with friendly, helpful staff. The manager was especially kind and personally helped me with a few things I needed for school, even though he didn't have to. That care made the stay feel personal. Wonderful people run this hotel, and I'd highly recommend it for comfort, kindness, and a good location.

The Wi-Fi was unstable and the window screens were damaged, though luckily there were no mosquitoes. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay: the place was nice and clean, our room had a private bathroom, it was very quiet, and parking was available.

It's in the suburbs, but close to a really good restaurant and a nice choice if you love walking. The couple who run the inn are lovely. There's rustic charm and nice decorations on the walls, while the room and private bathrooms are clean and new.

Watch the dates when booking through booking, since they can change if you aren't paying attention. The hotel was hard to reach, and they said the incorrect dates were my fault.
