A lovely old building in a charming spot right in the centre of Pisa. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re driving, head straight to the hotel even though it’s in a restricted traffic area, and take your licence plate number to reception. They’ll register it with the city system and help you reach the private parking area, 50 metres from the hotel.

We had a large, clean apartment close to the Pisa tower, with restaurants all around. We enjoyed our stay. If you get lucky, you might find a parking spot in front of the hotel.

I experienced racist behaviour at the hotel. Asian and African tourist groups were treated as targets of racism. I have photos as evidence showing the breakfast tables for Asian and European tours. Please take action to address this behaviour.

You couldn’t be more central, with the tower only a few minutes’ walk away. Our room was clean and in good condition. Great hotel.
