Magnolia Comfort & Rooms

The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. We had to get back to the airport at 4 a.m. and couldn't find transport, so he drove us there in the middle of the night. I fully recommend the place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's a fully equipped kitchen to use. The location is perfect: a big supermarket is across the road, it's a five-minute walk to the Tower of Pisa, and the train and main bus station are about 20 minutes away.

The price is fair and the location is great, just a couple hundred meters from the Pisa Tower. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The bathroom was private and only we had the keys, but it wasn't inside the room, so walking across the hallway to get to it felt awkward.

Francesco was a great host. He let me check in late at night, showed me the important things, and pointed out where the shop was. Everything in the house I stayed in was clean and well kept. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket across the street, S. Rossore train stop, and the tower and monuments just a five-minute walk away. On the main Street, Posto is a great coffee bar. I recommend going there for breakfast and good coffee. The room was clean, with working air conditioning, and the bathroom had clean towels, a hairdryer, and a mini-pack of cosmetics. The fully equipped kitchen had a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, and gas-cooker. Final room cleaning was included in the price.

Magnolia Rooms & Comfort makes a great base for exploring Pisa's main sights. The Leaning Tower is just 2-3 minutes away on foot, and there's a fantastic grocery store nearby. The location is very central but quiet. The rooms have elegant decor, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and TVs. There's also a serene garden where guests can relax and enjoy a good free espresso. The accommodation is stylish and modern, with comfort and convenience together.
