Night & Day

We had a comfortable room with everything we needed, and the privacy and independence were nice. Check-in was so straightforward: the instructions were clear, and the self check-in meant we could arrive whenever worked for us without coordinating timings. The whole stay went smoothly. I'd recommend it if convenience and comfort matter to you.

We stayed in room 12 on the 7th floor. The view was incredible, with the whole town, Pisa Tower and beautiful mountains visible from the room. It was clean, and so was the toilet. There was a free coffee machine and free drinking water. The river right outside when you go downstairs was lovely, and we found lots of restaurants and other shops nearby. The area felt safe enough for a walk at midnight. It's about 10 minutes on foot to both the tower and the train station, so it's midway between them. A nice place to stay overall. The only issue was that there was no one to help in person. They emailed the check-in instructions, though, and the process was easy. The toilet was outside the room.

We got to Pisa very late, and the host was kind enough to welcome us in person. The room was neat and clean, with enough heating. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot water were available too.

The window had such a beautiful view, which I wasn't expecting. Everything was well organised, and the place was amazing. The only downside was sharing a toilet with other people, and it was away from our room.
