We expected something more like a full hotel in terms of facilities, but it isn't quite that. There's no breakfast, which was fine and expected, but it was frustrating to find the coffee machine shut off in the morning. The place is clean, reasonably priced, and incredibly well located. A room with a view of the tower has a spectacular one. The area around the tower was a little less pleasant than we expected, run down and quiet in the low season, almost like a seaside town. Still, it's a clean, decent place for a night, and the staff are nice.

Seeing the Pisa Tower straight from our bed through the window was unforgettable. It looked beautiful in the daylight and lit up at night. The location is absolutely excellent, right by that view. Staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful, and our room was super clean. The toilets and shower were kept to a true 5-star hotel quality standard. One small annoyance was cigarette smell from the cafe below when we opened the windows. A room with a view cost around €220, which is on the high side, but I think it's worth it for a memorable stay with such a breathtaking view and great comfort. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Pisa for something special.

We had a special time here, thank you so much. The rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, and the view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa was incredible. A unique experience, and I truly recommend it 100%.

The view is what makes this place, and it really delivers. Waking up and going to bed looking at the leaning tower feels magical. The location is stunning, right in the heart of Pisa across from the leaning tower. Our room had been beautifully renovated and was very clean, and the facilities had everything we needed.

The location is amazing, and we had a room with a view of the leaning tower. The staff were lovely, too. Absolutely fantastic hotel. I'd highly recommend booking here if you're staying in Pisa.
