We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, with a balcony, and the hotel is directly across from the beach clubs. It's a nice hotel run by excellent staff, and I'd highly recommend it.

We enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and suggested places to eat where we could get discounts. The buffet breakfast was affordable at 7 euros per person, though there was no takeaway option. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side, but super clean. The location is lovely, near several beaches. One patio chair broke while we were using it, so the patio furniture could use an upgrade.

The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our room was cosy and clean, and the hotel is right next to the beach. If you want to visit other towns or cities, the bus ride to Pisa centrale train station takes around 30-40 minutes, and buses are infrequent at night. Apart from that, we had a great stay.

The rooms are on the small side, but they're kept in good shape and prepared each morning. The hotel is charming and very clean, with several beach entrances across the street. There's also a small town down the road with a few things to do, and the drive to Pisa isn't bad, so the location worked well for us. Parking was available, which was great, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. Thank you!
