The front desk and breakfast service were great, and you can walk to everything from this location. The room was small and so was the bathroom, which seemed typical of an older building in Italy. I'm 6ft 230lbs, and squeezing into the shower was a challenge. The bed was a little firm too. That shower was a minor detail, though, and all in all it was a great experience.

We had a lovely view of the tower, cathedral, and baptistry from our room. It's a basic hotel, but the location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the tower. The men at reception were lovely. Breakfast got hectic, with families waiting for tables and staff seeming quite stressed. You're also limited to one "deluxe" drink each, like espresso, cappuccino, or tea.

The service was great, and the basic continental breakfast included in the price was nice. Even though it's only a 3-star hotel, this was the cleanest place I've ever stayed. It's right by the Pisa tower.

The room had an incredible view, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were extremely nice, and the hotel has a very cozy Charme. I think I got the best room possible in the best hotel in Pisa. Everything was perfect.

Our room had a great view of the Leaning Tower and Duomo, but the night was still quiet and we slept well. It's a small, pleasant hotel in a perfect spot in Pisa. The breakfast buffet had everything you could need, and I somehow liked the old-fashioned room key.
