Laura made us feel very welcome, and I'm truly grateful to her for that. We especially enjoyed the terrace upstairs, with its panoramic view and the chance to watch planes taking off and landing. It's also a lovely place for a barbecue and a cozy evening at the table. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We had a really pleasant stay.

We spent evenings on the third-floor terrace, which is great for a morning coffee or a few drinks later in the day. Laura, the owner, is approachable and ready to sort out any problems. The room was clean and had its own bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living room available too. It had air conditioning, which is badly needed in Italy in June. The airport is a 13-minute walk away, and the city centre takes about half an hour on foot, though the bus connections are very good and make it easy to hop on a bus.

The price was very good for what we got. It took about 13 minutes to walk to the airport, 15 minutes to Pisa train station, and around 35 minutes to the Tower of Pisa. Our family had a very clean room with a private bathroom, and there was a kitchen available as well. We also enjoyed spending the evening on the roof terrace with a glass of bubbly or Limoncello. The service was lovely and very prompt. 5*.

The owners are nice, and the place has a bit of an Airbnb feel. Our room had laundry, an oven and a decent-sized bathroom, plus access to the terrace. It was pretty hard to find.
