In the end, I got all the support I needed through the lengthy sale process, and Roberto, the owner, was careful and thorough, always available and punctual. The prices were in line with the local average, so I recommend them. I'd found the agency while desperately searching for a property in Pisa and wasn't familiar with it. At first I didn't have a good impression. During my first viewing, nobody could answer basic questions such as how many square meters the apartment was, which made me feel they were offering a place they knew little or nothing about. I was proven wrong.

Luciana Cipriani's friendliness, kindness, and professionalism made the difference in our choice. This was the only agency that met our needs, and we're extremely satisfied customers. If you're after reliability and professionalism, this is the right agency. Thank you.

The whole staff were helpful and courteous, especially Luca Meazzini. He was professional, attentive to the customer, and committed to resolving any issues.

They seem professional at first, but I came to see the greed for money and the rudeness when things don't go their way. They're like traders at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul.

They're a truly professional agency, knowledgeable and always available. They manage to find each client the perfect home!
