Simple, but really nice for the price. The beach is just across the road, and the host is lovely and very welcoming.

Ornella hosted us, and her mother makes delicious donuts. The breakfast was incredibly generous and varied. The three rooms are beautiful and spacious, with a small outdoor terrace overlooking the private parking lot. Everything was perfectly clean, and the hospitality and amenities felt worthy of a 3-star hotel. The free beach across the street is well equipped and just a two-minute walk away. It’s a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended, don’t miss it if you’re visiting Palinuro.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and breakfast was very good, especially the delicious homemade tart. The property is right on the beach, which is beautiful to look at and convenient to reach. Ornella is a wonderful host, welcoming, kind, and helpful. Excellent overall!

We stayed at La Meriggia again this year, and Ornella was once again the perfect, super welcoming host. There are several room types; this time we chose the lighthouse, a spacious room with a large bathroom and a very comfortable shower. Everything was clean and new. Breakfast is reliably good, with excellent homemade desserts. They’ve also recently added self-check-in and safety keys. I’ll gladly return next time I visit Palinuro!
