Artemura Residence turned out to be a lovely surprise during my few days in Pistoia. The apartments have plenty of space and are beautifully furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's also well placed for exploring the city and other sites of artistic interest. There's no restaurant on the property, but receptions can be held there, with a highly regarded catering service in a unique setting.

The big rooms work well for groups, and they're furnished with a lot of care. The whole place looks beautiful, especially the large inner courtyard, which is great for parties and events.

The rooms were clean and roomy, and the property itself is excellent and right in the historic center. Since it's in the restricted traffic zone, parking is some distance away. Service could use a little work, but it was still more than adequate.
