We picked this place for a one-night concert trip, and the location, decor, property, and people were all lovely. The problem was the heat. The air conditioning was there but didn't work, so the rooms felt stuffy and hot. At checkout I raised it, and they said the system had been overloaded, their mechanic couldn't come that night, and it had since been fixed. That came too late for us. My two teenagers slept badly in their room; I got by more or less, though it was still really hot. If we'd had the choice, we'd have stayed somewhere less nice with working air conditioning.

The front desk ladies were so polite and helpful, and I'll miss having espresso with them each morning. Our room was lovely, clean, and spacious, with the biggest bathroom and terrace I've had at a hotel in Italy so far. It was quiet and peaceful, yet only a two-minute walk from anything we needed and from the train station. The location was perfect.

The staff were excellent, and breakfast was simple but made with good quality food. My room was comfortable and had premium fixtures. The hotel is ideally placed by the old town. I had to leave my car outside the ZTL, but walking in from there was easy enough.

Breakfast didn't offer a lot of choice, but everything available was very good. I slept really well thanks to the comfy bed, quiet and effective air conditioning, and excellent windows that kept outside noise to a minimum despite the central location. It's a friendly little hotel in a great spot.

The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and extremely nice throughout our five-day stay. My husband was here for work while I came and went from the room. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were simple and normal-looking, and the location was great. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.
