We arrived after dark, and the drive in felt very dark to us since we’re not used to that kind of area. But the room was warm and cozy, with lots of space and everything we needed. I especially loved having a washing machine because we badly needed to do laundry. The host had left treats for us, too. In the morning we saw what a beautiful property it was. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The drive in isn’t really that bad, just pretend you’re Italian and enjoy it. We loved this charming, clean rustic cottage in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, and the hosts were great.

We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, a lovely place to relax after a day out exploring. The location also made it easy to reach the area’s main attractions. The house was bright, roomy, clean, and carefully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were very kind and helpful, and the quiet atmosphere was great for privacy and a proper rest away from the bustle. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. A great choice for a pleasant, peaceful, authentic stay.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve come back, and I’d return whenever I feel like dining out. This was my first winter meal here, and sitting beside the fireplace made me love the place even more. It’s cozy, and the food is delicious, in my opinion. The waiters and owners are excellent.

It’s a very quiet spot surrounded by trees. To visit Florence by train, it’s convenient to park in a supermarket lot and take the train from Pistoia.
