The room and bathroom were spacious, and we found the square very quiet despite things I'd read in some reviews. There's a bar just outside for breakfast or drinks, plus a restaurant. The location is excellent, right by the cathedral in the historic center. Check-in is at another property 850 meters away, with full instructions provided when booking, so plan your luggage to avoid having to go back and forth. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is right in the heart of Pitigliano's historic center. The room had hot and cold air conditioning, and the double-glazed windows kept out noise from the square overlooking the rooms. The property was well soundproofed. Everything felt new and recently renovated, and the room was comfortable, very clean, and smelled lovely. The bathroom worked perfectly.

Private parking is a plus, and it's near the entrance to the historic center. The room was simple and clean, and the price was very affordable.

Good location, but some things need fixing. The shower drain was clogged, and the bathroom had no holders for the bidet towels. Sanitizer was available everywhere.
