The owner was friendly, and it was nice that they watched us eat breakfast. Our room was big and clean, with nothing much to praise or complain about. Before leaving, we went to use the lobby toilet and found a stray cat in the sink. It made us laugh and gave the hotel some character.

We booked a triple room for one night through Wonderbox. It was quite spacious and had a little balcony. Bra is only a few minutes away by car, and the location works well for a Langhe visit.

The room was really spacious, with a lovely balcony, and the price felt like good value for the location. It was handy for getting to the main attractions. The staff were kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and we had a very positive stay. Highly recommended.

I can only give it one star, and that's already more than I feel it deserves. I'd found the property on Wonderbox for a one-night stay from June 1st to 2nd, 2025, during a very busy long weekend when I planned to visit the Langhe. I got in touch by phone and email on May 8th. Then on May 26th, the manager told me the property would be closed because he had to attend a wedding. How can you confirm a booking and cancel just days beforehand? I was furious during our phone call. He apologized and said he'd mixed up the dates, adding that mistakes happen, but even while admitting it was his fault, he didn't try to make up for the trouble. I had to find somewhere else. Dear manager, if you can't keep things organized in your calendar, you should find another job. This is unacceptable!

Handy location, but it was a bad experience: the toilet in the room was caked with feces, there was an opened tart in the kitchenette that had expired a year earlier, and the bed creaked.
