Fabio was a kind, welcoming host, and the place was clean and picturesque. Its location works well for visiting nearby towns and villages, but you'll need a car. The view is stunning, the pool is a good size, and the peaceful setting includes a private garden. The accommodation is quite basic, with few utensils. Our place didn't have a pizza cutter or a full-size oven, and the TV was tiny, I think 24 inches, not a typo. There's nowhere to walk to for coffee unless you take on a 3km walk each way and steep hills. The Airbnb pin before booking also looked much closer to Poggibonzi than the exact location revealed, which felt misleading. August was extremely hot, and many places and restaurants in Poggibonzi were closed for summer. Some only opened for dinner, so finding a nice lunch spot was hard, even when Google Maps showed a place as open. The coop is a good shop with everything you need.

After spending a total of 8 weeks here, we know it's a terrific place. The pool is great, and the hospitality and service are superb. Most things we needed were a 5-10 minute drive away in Poggibonsi city area. We've just had our second stay and can't wait to return for a third. It's also perfectly placed for reaching plenty of well-known and outstanding spots in Tuscany within an hour's drive. 👌👍

It's peaceful, with lovely surroundings and a beautiful pool. There's everything needed for self catering, except bin bags. We visited in September and the mosquitoes were everywhere, so bring sprays, vaporizers, and creams. There was no getting away from them.

The apartments each have their own private outdoor area, and the farmhouse is nicely placed in central Tuscany. The apartment was pleasant and well supplied with kitchenware. Getting to the property involves some tricky stretches of road. There are mosquitoes around, like elsewhere in the area, so repellent is essential. The pool was nice but fairly small, and some loungers had no natural shade.

We especially appreciated Fabio and Anna Maria's excellent recommendations, and the cleanliness and hygiene during the COVID period were noteworthy. The farmhouse is charming, set among the Sienese hills, with lovely views and a pool. Our apartment was well furnished and maintained, with bedroom air conditioning and a private garden equipped with a barbecue, coffee table, and loungers.
